Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement

1-Parties

Eren Vip Transfer will be referred to as "Eren Vip Transfer".

The person whose name and surname are stated in the reservation and/or the persons they represent will be referred to as "Consumer or Customer".

2-Subject

This agreement has been made between the consumer and Eren Vip Transfer. This agreement is prepared for the sale of services, whose characteristics and sales conditions are specified on the Eren Vip Transfer website, made via telephone or electronic means, and covers the rights and obligations of the parties.

With this agreement, the parties have agreed under the following contract conditions regarding the provision of transfer services from designated addresses or hotels to airports and/or vice versa, before and after flights, and the performance of this service by Eren Vip Transfer in exchange for a fee.

3-Service and Payment Information

• The contract price is the amount specified in the reservation confirmation form.
• In private transfer service, additional requests outside the specified route(s); if on-route and without waiting, are included in the price, otherwise each additional stop will be charged at a rate determined by Eren Vip Transfer and paid by the passenger.
• Eren Vip Transfer reserves the right to change the vehicle when necessary.
• The consumer authorizes Eren Vip Transfer to collect payment using credit card information.
• The invoice issuance period is 7 days.

4-Vehicle Types

• VIP vehicle (Vito / Caravelle)
• Minibus (Crafter / Sprinter)
• Midibus

5-Payment Methods

• Cash (payment in vehicle)
• Bank transfer (EFT / Wire transfer)
• Credit card (online payment)

6-Number of Passengers

The consumer is required to specify the number of passengers.

7-General Provisions

Passengers are required to wear seat belts.

The consumer is deemed to have accepted the terms even if they do not sign the contract.

Reservations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. During holiday periods, this period is 48 hours.

Cancellations made up to 6 hours in advance are eligible for a refund; after that, no refund will be provided.

The transfer route is determined by Eren Vip Transfer.

Eren Vip Transfer only provides transfers between designated points.

Vehicles are insured and regularly maintained.

Eren Vip Transfer is not responsible for damages arising from accidents.

The customer is required to present identification.

Flight changes are the responsibility of the customer to notify.

Changes can be made in case of delays exceeding 3 hours.

Baggage responsibility belongs to the customer.

The company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Each passenger has a baggage allowance of 20 kg.

Flammable and prohibited items cannot be transported.

Pets must be notified in advance.

Children under 12 cannot be transported unaccompanied.

A baby seat must be requested in advance.

In force majeure cases, only a refund is made.

8-Force Majeure

In cases such as natural disasters, war, or strikes, the contract is suspended.

9-Cancellation Terms

No refunds or changes are allowed for promotional products.

10-Jurisdiction

Antalya Courts have jurisdiction.

11-Entry into Force

This contract is accepted by the parties.
